When you create an account, we collect your email address and full name. We also store any content you upload as knowledge sources for your AI assistants, including text and files such as .txt, .md, and .csv documents.
When visitors interact with a public chat interface, we collect the messages they send and the responses generated. This data is used solely to provide the chat functionality and is not used for training or profiling.
Your information is used to operate and maintain the My Ai service, including account management, assistant creation, and chat functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a HIPAA-compliant database service. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You retain full ownership of all content you upload.
My Ai uses OpenRouter to process AI chat requests. When you or your visitors send a message, the message content is forwarded to OpenRouter for response generation. OpenRouter does not use your data for training. See OpenRouter's Privacy Policy for more details.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including assistants and knowledge sources is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. To request complete account deletion, please contact us. You may also export your data upon request.
